Run round the downs to the supension bridge. Felt quite good considering current fitness/drinking and rugby watching levels. Downs kind of flat but alright - a bit like hagly park in christchurch. Leigh woods in the other side of the river looked intresting but i left them for another time.

New job,and a new city so thought i might start a traning log. A bit unsure of how much training I'm going to get in but want to get back into Orienteering a bit more than i was living in the shitty flat area round bedfrod at uni. Still got to have a small operation done to get back to full traning. And have to purchase a mtb bike on my first pay check.
