A bit slow to get around this course and I wasn't at my sharpest just after watching Robbie collapse!Went to 17 before 16 and also wrong route choice to it.

Good session at the pool. Need to get here more often. Usual combo of 1st lap no flippers and then with flippers and kick board for next 900m. Finished session with 5 x 100m 'sprint' laps with rest in between and then last no flippers. 1;56, 1;39, 2;11, 1;43, 2;21, 1;49, 2:21, 1:46, 2:13, 1:46 Rest then, 1:36, 1:39, 1:41, 1:44, 1:44, 1:57.
