Better navigation today although a bit wobbly on 1 and 2. Major mistake on the last control lost 3 minutes here I reckon. Could have been 2nd and not third.Oh well!

Was doing well up to 8 then lost the plot for a long time and even though I tried to relocate on the track didn't realise on was on the wrong track bend eventually twigged and went down but then still missed it and had to go back up the hill a bit. So much time lost here! Damn!

Quick swim this afternoon - feeling a lot better although still have a sniffly nose. Usual combo. First 100 no flippers , 1:59, flippers, 1:49, kick board, 2:12, 1:52, 2:12, 1:52, 2:15, 1:50, 2:13, 1:47.
