running warm up/down 10:00 [3]

Warm up and down. Probably didnt even do this much.....did lots of dynamic stretches in the warm up which helped I think!

orienteering race 33:02 [5]

SA middle champs at moon rocks. Have been orienteering really badly lately, so today I was determined to have a decently clean run to get my confidence up before nationals. Decided that I didn't care how slow I had to go, as long as I navigated precisely! Made maybe 3 mistakes (of 30secs each), and was also generally slow/hesitant in the circle, but felt like I was actually reading my map today, instead of just running and stressing. Was a bit bummed that Bridget caught me, but overall pretty happy!

orienteering intervals 1:00:33 [5]

Fun O intervals with bridget at uni adelaide /unisa. 4 x approx. 5-9mins with standing recovery inbetween (included in time). I ran pretty hard and felt ok, but was stuffed on the last one so slowed down a lot and also made some silly mistakes (my brain must have been tired too). Also was a bit of a pansy on the stairs (especially since everything was wet). Good reminder of how to do sprint orienteering! :D

3 x 5 x 20/40s. Just a short sharp session to get my legs feeling fast(ish). Felt sluggish at the start and then better by the end, so the session must have worked! Went out straight after my anatomy spotter test, which I think I got 100% in, so I was feeling very cheery!

Took the train to belair for a nice run! It was pretty short in the end, for a relatively long train ride to get there, but it was fun anyway :)

Tiny run to and from uni to work on a group presentation....which only one out of 5 other group members turned up to. Soo I was feeling pretty cranky on the way home!

Arrows ints at north adelaide. Been feeling so flat the last few days and today was no exception gah! Should have manned up and pushed through the heavy-leg feeling but today I was a bit of a pansy :(

Stretching while watching a lecture I missed. Probably didn't need a rest day today considering I didn't do much yesterday or the day before but ohhhhhh well.
