Sprint Qual in the morning.
Had a pretty terrible race! Got confused by all the levels and often ended up on the wrong one...mostly because I wasn't reading my map properly - was nervous and was in too much of a rush! Surprised to make the final!

Don't remember exact time...but it was something like this. Had a flustered start due to this confusion with the wrong maps - the start officials were all distracted after 6 or so girls came back, so I had to prompt someone to tell me where the start triangle was and which was my correct map! Was an ok run though, no real mistakes but probably made some slow route choices. Felt a bit sluggish running

Easy run with some strides along the river. According to BOM it was 29 degrees at 9.30am, which explains why I was sweating so much after a tiny short run! Feels super muggy...going to have to stay well hydrated over the weekend

Did this in two parts cuz I went this morning but felt SO BAD and only did 15mins, then went again in the evening and felt better but still only did 20mins. Meant to do a short ride today but felt like running instead....
Not really liking this Adelaide weather! And the forecast for the rest of the week looks gross!

Went running at Morialta with the arrows, yaaay! I felt screwed after 10mins, maybe cuz it was pretty hot and muggy, and I was mindful of the NOL this weekend... So i suggested we make it shorter haha. Hopefully I can do these runs regularly!
Bridget took me to the beach after, just as the sun was setting :D

Rest day to accomodate for the extra stress of starting uni again haha. But seriously, first lecture was for cancer biology and it was INTENSE !

Club training out at...rocky paddock or something like that. Really pretty out there! Super open pine forest with lots of rock.
Just did a shortish course at a moderate pace, and then another shortish course with a contour only map, at a slower pace. Navigation was good! Though was off a little on my compass for some. Felt not too bad physically. Thought I'd be screwed after 4 days in a row of solid running...must be all the beef I'm eating ;)
