aus sprint champs.
liked the area, not so technical but it felt so warm and sunny and summery!
had an okkkkk run. didnt feel v good running for any of it, abit of an effort (no idea why). and made afew hesitations early then was very slow in the last bit through that little garden.
nothing major but want to do better.

just an easy little run on a walking track on the way to...margerat river. with gin and g-fry.
felt ok, stopped and did some stretches and stuff (not included in time).

run in the morning with the parentals and gin, on the walking track out to the beach and a little loop then back again to the hostel. cannot remember the town where our accom was haha. did some surges and played a game of puddle splashing which was good to get the legs going faster.

awesome run near albany with gin and parentals, on one of the rocky cliff things looking down at the beach. reallly really cool scenery! didnt know australia looked like that haha. found a weird baby snake!

thought i'd had a good one until a very bad leg near the end where i firstly took the slow route through the green then decided to cross the grossest gully to look at the wrong rock for no reason...grr really dumb. lost atleast 2-3mins.
however looking at splits krystal was 1min faster than me to the first one!!! bah! on reflection i was v hesitant and slow....
anyway, not happy again. DAMMIT why cant i have a clean run!?!?!

angry angry angry after this easter, didnt have any disasters but want to be much better....

cant remember exact time
long, cool map but too much open paddock running.
again not happy with run, was slow to the first 3 or 4 cuz i wasnt feeling confident at the start and was very wary of blowing up....then lost a minute on some later ones when i caught some people, then lots like 3 mins on number 12 by going to 13 first....
not happy at all, could have been 5mins quicker. plus felt awful running :( if i'd felt good might have been a fair bit quicker too, twas all pretty open running...
