easy run around the forest, didnt take the garmin cuz it was out of battery so i dont know exactly how long it was...anyway, legs felt good but my tummy felt really yukky so i had to stop a few times.

Haven't done any running in a week but did a pretty tough 3 day walk in fiordland (nz), and my legs were pretty damn tired after! Flying back to nz tonight so will prob start running again tomorrow...

Had a blister on my heel before stb that got really, really infected after the first two stages...sooo painful to wear a shoe by the third stage, so wasn't able to run the rest :( got some antibiotics pretty quick so it should be right to do some walking in fiordland :D
Annoying way to finish oing in nz....and am pretty frustrated at all my runs anyway....on the bright side, I was worried i'd come back to oing and hate it, and that didn't happen so yay!
Taking a weekish off running to do this walking on the south island then will be back in aus and maaaay start training again....
