Note

Cant be bothered back-logging all the nz races....but they've been pretty crappy haha. Haven't been feeling v good running, and yesterday (for the Oceania long) things got worse and I felt so bad I struggled to run at all!! :/ recognize the feeling as a sign I have low iron....maybe if I start taking some again I'll feel better!
