Using tape instead of braces on my ankles has been very hard on my lower legs

Followed up yesterday's 9 hour drive back from West Point with 6 hours of driving today. (But only three hours in my old Sunfire and 3 hours in my new [to me] Escape.) Too much other stuff going on today to have time to comment on the week-end. Hope to get to it tomorrow.
