Tried a run and was bad so went to see physio.

She worked on the quads a bit and hopefully that helps. Thinks its a simple overuse with tight quads issue pulling on the knee cap, looking at Twalk week thats not a surprise. I ran Nydia, then the big roadie then Twalk. Probably wasn't sensible.

Hope it comes right for China but probably won't be doing any running in the next 3 weeks to give it the best chance. Going to get a bit of massage on the quads to sort it out.

Nelson league of gravel grinders ride. Pat along on his mtb to slow him down. Punctures slowed us all down. Feeling quite good tonight and only got dropped on the last steepest hill.

Codgers ride. Had fun, tracks in good condition and these ones are all fun and easy to ride in the dark. No pain in the knee riding and seems to be getting less sore in general. Will try a run on Wednesday and if its still not any better will get professional assistance.

A bit chilly to begin with but good fun and good to go down with Dave and get an idea of what its all like. Feeling good paddling the whole time.
