In the swordfish again

With Megan and Lisa. Bit windy on the way over to the boulder bank and I was a bit scared but more comfortable in the boat after awhile. Don't feel like I can relax that much yet though.

Practiced doing figure 8s in both directions..didnt practice remount though.

My lovely approx 1hr native bush recovery run on some nice single track got hijacked by Brent. Not happy. Grumpy.

Had to mug a mountainbiker for food and water to survive.
