Run after work up the dun mt and down McTrackface. Had a bad crash coming down. Is it a crash if you are running or a fall? I managed to achieve the running equivalent of going over the handlebars and ended up quite a way down the bank in some bushes. It was all quite rocky and nasty and I limped home covered in blood :(
