Not loop the lake. Beautiful day and such a good run. Tried to run a reasonable pace the whole way rather than just slow plod mode. Track was quite muddy on the return leg of the lake and I got a bit slow along there.

Run after work up the dun mt and down McTrackface. Had a bad crash coming down. Is it a crash if you are running or a fall? I managed to achieve the running equivalent of going over the handlebars and ended up quite a way down the bank in some bushes. It was all quite rocky and nasty and I limped home covered in blood :(
