Destroyed

Loop the Crater with Tim, Tane and Greig. Started up the Bowenvale Downhill and finished down the usual Bowenvale track. Actually pretty happy with how this went except for the Bastard. Quite a bit slower than the boys but still managed to run most of the loop.

Rogaine 1:52:00 [3]

Rogaine with Matt and Lara. With the ridiculous number of people and being late we no time to plan. Came up with something that seemed ok but didn't think much about which controls to drop. Most of the time we were just trying to keep up with Matt and keep track of where he was. He didn't seem to have much of a sense of time though and was running super hard to get back nice and early but skipping controls. O well.

I was feeling very tired, hungry and thirsty so couldn't really be bothered racing tonight. Rest day tomorrow.

Round the river and over Huntsbury

Was a nice run and I was feeling quite good but then somewhere ran over a dog in front of me at the end in Bowenvale and things got a bit worse from there.

QB Day 3 at Walda/Wanda (Waitarere). Not so good. Feeling quite tired

QB Day 2 on Osgiliath. Made one quite large mistake when I started to get tired and generally just messy. Things just werent working like they were yesterday.
