Rogaine 11:55:00 [2]

Highland Events Rogaine at Earnscleugh with Katie.

Feeling pretty good physically but lacking the motivation for a sufferfest after about 3-4hrs so couldnt really be bothered pushing the pace after that.

Approx. 51km straight line distance with maybe 2500m climb. Planning now is nice and easy...50km for 12hrs, 100km for 24hrs :)

Strength and conditioning 20:00 [1]

Time to get some strength stuff back into the training again but really just because I was feeling like a bit of rest for the legs with all the extra biking and a return to running its felt like a big week.

Tried to write myself a bit of training plan for the next couple of months (gasp!) will see how it goes.

From home to the Wednesday night run then up farm track over mt vernon and back through vic park. Felt like a good solid paceup the hill tonight. Well i was certainly working hard! Small crash after I keft the others. Now I have an ouchie on my knee. Warm and dusty. When did it last rain properly?

The easy monday night run loop but on a Tuesday and with no mates. Remembering how to run now which feels great.

Run up the valley in the evening. Light was crap so not very fast. Need to get new strap for my big headlamp.
Where has Autumn gone?! So warm.

Note - working at uni for two weeks so I get two weeks of a nice length commute.

Road cycling 1:10:00 [3]

Out to lincoln via old tai tapu road. Legs were hurting to begin with but seemed to remember how to ride after about 10k

Orienteering 28:00 [4]

Sprint at Lincoln uni. I was looking forward to a nice 12-15min run around. Thats not what I got and I certainly hope as not feeling fast at all.
