Tramping 3:00:00 [1]

Collecting rogaine controls including some nice fun ones down the Lyttelton side that nobody was ever going to go to in the actual event.

Rogaine (Christmas) 3:00:00 [3]

A good 3hrs on the hills with Tofu and Coffee. Was feeling good for the whole race, 2 rides on the Gondola were a good break.

A good training session again this week.

Run 1:10:00 [3]

Run home from work. Via the river then up Gorge track, Mariette Taylor (?) and down the valley. Home via the river. Added in a couple of fast efforts along the flats on the road and the smooth bits of single track.

Feeling really good running tonight, was the perfect temperature for running and just getting dark which I think is the perfect time for training for me. Lovely evening.

Run 12:00 [3]

To work from the bike shop

Kayaking 1:10:00 [2]

Much better this morning. I think I just needed to get used to being in a multisport boat again + I don't think I've actually paddled a single kayak in a very long time. Paddled upstream, nice with no wind.

Mountain Biking 30:00 [3]

To and from Arawa
