Beginners session at arawa. No one there to take it at first so followed hillary to the bridge then went back and got some very useful coaching.

Worsleys spur loop. Again tried to run with chris most of the way up. Included an extra loop and a few run backs to meet thw others. Good run and goos hggGol cIccocktb . GHmvgm. Slm.

This run got away from me a bit! Up bowenvale then along the top to mt vernon. Down the valley track then the middle traverse of the spur of death and huntsbury. Felt like I had a tail wind pushing me up all the hills tonight.

Home via chris and ems to pick up my book that they have been holding ransom since the weekend.

Run to work. Takes me a long time to warm up in the morning these days, about 2k before I feel like I'm running properly.
