Little bit of a warm up and warm down. Not enough but it was cold and I was not prepared for the weather today. Bike ride home after was ok for warmdown.

Hagley 5k. Seriously terrible conditions so pretty happy with that time. Ran just behind Helen the whole way until she got away from me a bit at the end. Probably should have tried to sit on her shoulder more to get some shelter from the wind instead of hanging about 15m behind,
