Mountain Biking 40:00 [1]

Travles

Run 50:00 [3]

Wed night run up rapaki. Why are all the boys always so competitive? But I did beat Andy and Conal to the top of the hill. And was feeling surprisingly good.

Mountain Biking 1:20:00 [3]

An unexpected ride out to woodend. I knew already this training was going to be bad. Should have stopped for food and drink in Kaiapoi when i had the chance.

Orienteering 1:40:00 [3]

Not good today, wasn't reading the map at all. (it does appear to be as simple as that for me). But nice to be running through the old sand dunes again :)

Mountain Biking 20:00 [3]

My salad sandwich had long since run out. Luckily Tane was there to tow me to McDonalds!

Mountain Biking (Commute to and home) 1:00:00 [3]

Legs very sore on the bike in the morning. Too much road pounding yesterday me thinks. Went home an awful way that took forever.

Run 10:00 [2]

Ran up bowenvale valley in an attempt to collect controls but realized I was starving and would suffer trying to make it home so retreated.

Orienteering 1:20:00 [4]

Christmas event out in Rangiora. Not the most exciting map in the world, not meaning to be a snob or anything.

Note

Got some wicked arm chair training in this evening looking at World of O's "Route to Christmas". Highly recommend it!
