Pretty tierd now. Just had one more area to check out. Very similar to middle trial. Lots of bare rock, couldnt read all the detail, found it best to run through to a catching feature and then slow into the control.

More on JWOC maps. Loved the terrain. Got to keep contact with the map the whole time. Pushed it a little bit but managed to spike everything, it was awesome. Focussed on keeping a good direction and did some sweet aiming off on the legs accross the map (its very easy to run N-S in Göteborg but tough to run E-W).

Evening training. On the JWOC long map. More crap around on this map. but not too much detain. just got to keep contact and keep pushing through the terrain.

A good nights sleep and some rethinking and coaching gets me back on track. Out onto JWOC training map for middle. Walked/jogged around getting the feel for the terrain. Really liked it. Nearly got swallowed by a marsh.

Too much racing recently, after the first two I just couldnt be bothered anymore. So pissed off with myself, I wanted to make the most of the opportunity but my mind and body just wouldnt function. Just felt like complete crap, couldnt even run.
