Ran short red from junior camp.
1st time went reasonably hard, good clean run 24:50
2nd time did it completely from memory, the whole way. Focusing on what my attack point had been, route choice, exit direction etc and keeping a nice easy constant pace with some serious control flow going on. 22:38
Great training,very focused on how I was orienteering.
