Conclucion from sports doc is knee pain not caused by overuse but the same old weak glutes causing pressure on my knee this time.

In the forest, on some tracks, off some tracks. Good run, no pain, still low intensity though.

More of a gentle terrain run with map in hand than actually orienteering. Cruised around checking out some hills etc. Not much interestng. Knee still feeling pretty good.
Note to self : remember which bush you hide your bag in, Im sure I looked very suspicious.

Club event at Takahe. Did most of long red but forgot to copy on a control, so skipped that one, then my knee started getting a bit sore so missed out the last loop down the hill. Podatrist forbade me from running in my o-shoes. This was a rediculous idea especially on this map, I was sliding all over the place.
