South Island champs at Lake hood. Team did well. Got 2nd in the 200m, dominated the corporate 500m and possible 2nd/3rd in the 2k race.

Sprint at uni. Made a few silly route choices and felt a bit like I was running ahead of my navigation the whole time, which was surprising given how well I know the map.

Good to get out on a nice evening.

Got frustrated with slow pace of the run tonight. Felt like I need to just stretch out the legs a bit. That will teach me for not doing the rogaine in the weekend!
