Good warm up to see if the knee was ok. Felt a little wobbly? and heavy but not painful so went ahead with the intervals

Glad I did this session. Started feeling gimpy but felt stronger and stronger as the intervals decreased. Quick and easy way to get training in at the end of the day.

Bad run with mistakes all over the show. I wasn't thinking about navigating I was back into my old habits of just worrying about how fast I could run.

More fun times on a new map! No major mistakes, just kept in control the whole time. Mucked 11 a litlle as it was the first one in the soft sand and I stopped way too soon. Amazing how much slower you travel on this stuff.

Got a stick in the eye at 11 so struggled to see for the rest of the course.... Still very sore now.

New map Lincoln. Overall stoked with this result! Not a perfect run at all though. Lots of hesitations and again went around a lot of areas that Id didn't have too. Looking at my course now I can see I made a few poor route choices aswell.

Sprint at Brayshaw Park. 8 times across the river was too much. Made a stupid route choice thinking I couldn't go through some green and lost some time, otherwise just a bit slow.

Canaan downs. Nice run, A few messy errors and a big confusion on 7, though that wasnt entirely my fault I think. Feeling strong today.
