Back down the durville in near flood so good fun and fast. Should have walked further up in the morning but the rain made getting ready in the hut too appealing.

A couple of portages around some logs in the river and stopped to scout one rapid. I think the high water level made this paddle a lot more exciting than it would normally be.

Up to coppermine saddle with Dave to cheer on the Dun Runners then round the loop and back home. This is such a good ride and was nice to do some race spectating and supporting.

Rainy evening but nice to get out. Good loop. Legs and lungs feeling better but still harder work than it should of been especially on the short steeper sections uphill.

Down from Captains Creek to a bend below the car. Nice fun day out and a good paddle. Mostly in the single but a bit of time in the double with Ash.
