I think im going to remove the last of my dead toenails as it hurt a bit running downhill tonight.

Worsleys dyers loop. With riki and chris on his bike most of the way up after joe ran off. Then ran back for matt and lara. First proper long run in awhile. Felt like hard work.

Up to Stace Saddle where Matt revealed he felt very sick and promptly fell asleep for 2hours. Decided continuing up Manakau was probably not that sensible after that. Mucked around climbing up to about 1400m then walked to Hapuku Hut.
