Run 40:00 [3]

Up Rapaki and back down after work. Managed to squeeze this run in without a torch by gassing it to the top of the hill. Passed lots of other runners. Feeling good.

Run 1:15:00 [3]

Easy run with flatmate from the Takahe. Absolutely beautiful day. Seemed like everyone in chch was out on the hills today I met so many people I knew.

Note

No time for running today. Too much prancing around like harry potter to be done

Run 45:00 [3]

Easy run around Ilam after work, feeling a bit smashed from the weekend

Orienteering 1:00:00 [3]

Loops race at pines beach. This was my race to lose I think given the home advantage...and I lost it. Made a few screw ups that I should have avoided by just staying calm.

Orienteering 15:45 [3]

Sprint at van asch. Good clean run. Some route choices werent perfect but I just went with the first route I saw sometimes which gives better flow anyway. So nice to have a fast sport ident, Id credit that partially for my good performance.

Funny, I seem to be becoming some what of a sprint specialist. Who would have seen that one coming?

Orienteering 1:00:00 [3]

Long at Orton Bradley. Scrappy run, just didnt feel like I was really racing.
