8x 0.5 mile tempo pace on the treadmill with 30 sec recovery. I put the treadmill at 9.7mph or 6:10 pace. I didn't notice my calf at all during the run. I felt good through the whole workout. My watch was recording distance that was a little bit less than what the treadmill said. I wonder how it measures distance without GPS.
