taped up the knee and put on a brace and stuck to roads and big CIL trails. little pain which is good. finished with first swim of 2018 at the beach

Wood chopping (count 33%). Got all the wood finally split. Knee behaved. I seem to have the swelling under control. Very likely will be able to bike tomorrow. Running looks like it will need a few more days.
