Looking at my training hours in 2018 i was pleased to see XC skiing as number three after cross cycling and core. But orienteering time dropped likely because i wasn’t voluntering. I need to race more O and AR and that means traveling more for O and training more for AR. my 50 races goal will help that and racing Wilderness Traverse with Bent in the fall will be a great training and prep goal for AR. my first 24 hour AR in 15 years. goal is to finish full race by “not racing”. also plan to race STT for first ever time and also Rockstar 8. considering a mtn marathon too.

-HIIT when i only have small packets of time
-Gula Stigen 30 when at Waddtage
-Run to MAC more via Sassafrass
-Start swimming
-Stick to 16 week core plan to kick off year
