SMT but didn't find the boyz so biked out and jogged a section of the GLOF2010 men's middle distance draft course. Runners are in for
a surprisingly technical and physical race.

Beautiful morning roller ski along the waterfront trail with Sudden. Should have had my camera to get a photo of the eights crew at Leander rowing with the sun and mist rising. No knee pain. Sweet.

Squeezed in a quick cross bike during Adventure Girl's footy practice.
Sorta like the Swedish 30=35 training session but a little longer.

Followed by Baloney leg exercises.
