Shadowing Hols in the Kendal Urban Race.
Full on technical for Hols, wish I'd been in a fit state to run my course, looked good!

Last leg for the Chasers womens short open after Beth & Ianka.
Took it very steady. Tho' I felt better than yesterday, still had no oomph or enthusiasm. Could have been soooo much faster!
Claire insisted on a sprint finish up the hill that nearly killed me!
Got back to Alan & Sarahs & fell asleep on the sofa for ages, cuddling Hols teddy bear! Body felt as though it had done the KIMM, not a 3.5km course!!

Cycled from Boot YHA to Assembly.
Felt sick from the minimal effort & struggled to keep up with Hols.

Orienteering 42:00 [1]

Walked up to the start with Hols, not planning on doing anything more than picking up my map, walking back in & enjoying the view.
Managed to walk back in & enjoy the view, unfortunately managed to forget I was on 35L not 35S, so managed to retire from the wrong course:o(
Had I been in a fit state, the 35L looked far more inspiring than 35S. 40 next year in one of my favourite areas....

Nearly didn't make it!!
Was entertaining to see a camper van & a coach trying to get past eachother & failing, with huge queues behind each of them.

Have a cold.
Not happy, but at least I haven't trained hard to be in peak condition for BOC, so it could be worse...
