Orienteering race 1:35:00 [3]

Ottawa A-meet. 80-90% on trails and fields. Made a couple of mistakes, 3-4 min altogether, otherwise no problems. Legs were fine, could have pushed a little bit harder but...
Both feet/ankles are now hurting after all the rock and bumpy fields. I will use a lot of tape the next few days...

Orienteering race 30:00 [4]

Ottawa Sprint Champs. Two races, won both. The first race - drifted a few times, could possibly have run 20-30 s faster. Second race - hesitated once and made one "bad" route choice maybe lost 10-15s but it was two very good sprint races. And 80 points!

Legs still quite heavy but I started with a "moderate" pace and managed to keep it. Except the Lawry hill of course.
