Still feeling a bit sniffly but definately recovering, got tangled up in the greenbrier several times and carefully extracted myself, maybe a boiler suit might work......wonder if they make racing ones.

Note: Back felt very stiff on Monday morning

Felt a bit better having slept all Friday afternoon, so just getting back running again, eased pace up throughout and legs felt fine. Still sneezing a bit but definately on recovery path.

Declaring this a cold, achy tired legs and slightly stuffy nose, still hoping it will blow over quickly

Gentle treadmill run as easy day between the two interval days. Legs feeling quite heavy and developed a cough/sore throat, hopefully will clear up overnight and not be protracted.

Tuesday Feb 26, 2008 #

Running 58:00 [4] 8.0 mi (7:15 / mi)

Tueday night treadmill intervals - 6x800 and 2x 400 with 400 recoveries all at 6min/mile pace. Tough but seemed to have recovered from the long Sunday orienteering event.
