Better run this time.... actually felt like a run but still not fast. In fact as I was running I was thinking 'this is fun and at this speed there's zero chance of a tumble' … then I punted a 2 inch stump and went down pretty good... so then I was running and I started thinking 'Well, I guess I can still face plant at this speed, but at least it's next to impossible to hurt yourse….' spent the next 10 mins chanting in my mind.. 'Don't Say It, Don't Think It'

Sticking with my mileage plan I exceeded 7km today (close to 8) and some good hills thrown in.
