November Classic called off just about at first starts this morning because of adverse weather - apparently the main stream was over waist deep and the road by Brook was flooding quite deep when we drove to the event.

Came home and did an exercise bike workout instead - tried quite hard for the first 52 minutes and then warmed down. Felt good.
