I've never been geo caching before, although I have accidentally found a couple caches while out training. It was fun to go with they boys. Ben had done it before, and he got us started. I had them hustling pretty quickly by the end and we all had a good time.

Not exactly a speed work out. More of a trial to see if I can do speed work outs on the track. Seems like every time I try it I get pains in my knees, toes or back. So I thought I would try it at moderate pace and see what happens. It all goes well, I'd like to try the track races at Bethel this winter.
