Long course at Pacheco A-meet. I started out very slow just because I was being lazy - tired from two days of running already and out of shape. I started getting warmed out around #4 and improved my pace a little after that.

Sprint at Casa de Fruta. I enjoyed this course, although it was on the long side. I had to keep reminding myself of the length of the course and to pace myself like a 5K in order to keep from overdoing it.
