Lots of brashings underfoot made going quite tough. Jess caught 3 minutes on my by control 5 and then could not really get away till #12. About 7 minutes behind Ruedi.

Was fairly warm already at 9am. Had a reasonable run in the first half but had no energy after crossing the river.

Brad's soccer was not at the astro but down the road at the Action Cricket. Rode around looking for it.

Rode with Brad to Randburg Astro. Pretty much uphill all the way.

Cycling 58:34 [5] 14.62 km (4:00 / km) +100m 3:52 / km

Rode home from Action soccer. Breathing was ok but legs were sore on every hill. Good start to my training for 94.7 in November.
