Lake Jubilee. Good course and map. Being unfit makes for better map reading. Just missed no. 8 by ~30 seconds (stopped short).

Today was the first day since 3 September that I walked to the coffee shop and back without pain and a limp. So took it real easy on the ride - slowest recoded on this route. R knee was a bit dodgy afterwards.
