Canberra Grammar, M60, 1st. I seem to be in a window between getting the R knee fixed and the L knee needing to get fixed. Anyway ran pretty well although not many opportunities to run fast. Lost track completely on way to 7, lucky to spot the sculpture near the control. Then ran past 17, not recognising the impassable wall (low hedge).

L knee sore walking to and from the gym, but Ok again on the machine. Lighter weights for the leg press. Out the window- more helmets this time: 26 to 8.

Wounds healing slowly but added to them today with a tooth extraction. It had split down the middle and couldn’t be saved.

Stromlo West, ACT Teams. Wrong shoes,fell over on the way to 1, grazed R hand, R forearm, R upper arm, L knee, gouged R stomach. Took a while to get going after that.
