Sydney Olympic Park, Homebush. OK, so running form has evaporated as well. Shocker at 9, lost count of the parking bays and couldn't see the flag (- 50 secs). Good use of the area we were allowed.

So the pre-Xmas form is gone, as I thought. Dropped on all the hills and even in the pace line, first time thats happened for a while. Kept up with PD, who is going well. The intense pace with NSCC up Mona Vale road may have been an issue.
