Cumberland Hospital. 12th. One big error, the biggest so far this year and it cost me 6 places. Wouldn't have got Shingo, though. Just went through a gap in the hedge and turned the wrong direction -45 seconds.

Really wiped out before, an extended warm up helped a little.
Completely wiped out after, could hardly muster a jog. Right leg and foot actually sore.

Bobbin Head. Hooked up with Lidcombe-Auburn on Bobbin Head Road, till I turned back. Fishtailed on Pacific Highway after a nob in a ute pulled out in front of me.

Pure Spin at Crows Nest, new business. A better session, didn't go off too fast like the last time. 10 minute warm up to get to 140 HR, then from 140-160 the rest of the time.
