Castle Hill, Fred Caterson Reserve. Mixed terrain, quite a lot of bush controls, but most near tracks - no problem with shoes. Very humid. No major stuff ups (ahead of seeing splits).

Bobbin Head - Mt Kuringai, anticlockwise this time but still solo. Lots of water around especially on Bannockburn Road - burst water main. Rockfall blocked a lane on Bobbin Head road and near the top a tree had fallen across the whole road.
Squeezed between an entering bus and a car in the lane next to me on Pacific Hiway. The car next to me (20cm) had a clear lane on his other side. On his passenger window facing me he had one of those yellow danger signs "Accident waiting to happen". Yep.

Gibberagong track to Bobbin Head. Another forced run after torrential rain cruelled the morning ride. Pretty torrential rain anyway, but it doesn't matter when running in 21 degrees. Plenty of leeches and had to walk through a drenching waterfall at one point. Had to search and bush bash for the track at a couple of points.
