Pennant Hills. Pushed hard and felt OK. Minor wobbles on 9 and 13 (cut through bush needlessly).

Lane Cove. First training run since the interval session in September last year. Too wet to cycle. The rain filled up all the boats at the Lane Cove wharf and sunk one; people were taking pictures, so its on facebook somewhere.
Note: GPS gave me an extra 10m climb for running too close to the waterfall (4.4km on the trace).
Doctor visit later.
