Walking back to car from where the chain broke. Carrying 16 litres of water, so kept the intensity up.

Snows Hills, collecting controls. snow had melted by the time we got there and even the 100mm of rain had left little trace except on the access track.

Chain broke again, after slipping the whole way. On the same road, just going up the last steep pinch.

Back from the bike shop with new chain. Also got tubeless tyres fixed and suspension pumped up from 50psi to 100 psi. Chain slipping a bit like before, grrrr.
