Harriman O-Fest

Was an awesome race and was a lot of fun, as expected for a mass start with so many runners. I had a pretty good race hanging onto the leaders for almost the entire race just barely losing them at the end.

While other juniors were dying in the freezing winds of the Harriman training I took a nice and easy jog around my neighborhood :)

Short strength workout. Did a few of the core exercises on the PDF Erin sent and also did some push ups.

Seven on Seven. Lots of passing and a few scores. I was able to salvage a lot of poor throws since no one can out reach me so I was pretty happy with that.
