Easter Day 1 at Yorkshire Hill. Butchered about 4 to 5 minutes, and half of that on the first control! Still had a great time. Great area/map/course. Finished 4th behind Geoff, Ted and Eoin. Only squeaked in front of Paul in the finish chute. Geoff can only beat Geoff but hoping to get a bit closer to the others.

Need to relax a bit more at the start and focus more on the map going to first control. Had a flat spot leaving 12 but gave myself a little harden up talk and got going again. Happy with most of my run just need to be in the moment a bit more.

Run after work from the ABShouse. Program said 80mins hilly but I took it was a bit shorter and easier - not a bad idea a couple of days out from Easter. Headed out along Cook/Macquarie bike path on the grass under the trees then over the hill from the saddle and into Aranda Bushlands. Up to the top of Aranda Hill then back across the ovals and Emu Ridge to work.

Hanny's training group. About 15 mins warm up then some run throughs then 4 x 1 min ints on the oval with 2 min recovery jog plus 4 x 1 min hill ints with jog back. Short jog to warm down.

For a change of scenery MaryMac dropped me over at Kaleen when she went to do some grocery shopping and I ran home via Kaleen ridge and the pines then through Paspalum and Evatt.
