Orienteering race 20:48 [5]

Good controlled start, onto the map quickly and didnt push the pace until about control 3, small time losses at 6 and 8. Felt really strong through 8 till 12, on the way to 13 I felt the legs tiring but still running okay. Lost time at control 18. Small time loss at 19, but then good solid finish. Happy with the result today.

Orienteering 13:06 [4]

Fairly good clean run, less intensity than the long but not by much. Was not looking at the map enough between 1 to 4, and then put the map away from 4 till control 9. Probably took the longer route option to 10. Then some nice shorter legs from 11 till the finish.
