Breakthrough physio session on Friday seems to have located the source of my knee pain (Gluteus Medius).
Long roll and stretch session beforehand, tossed on a knee brace for extra stability and got through a June Summer Rally attempt successfully.
Not at 100% yet, more like 95%, which I'll take.
Lungs actually felt pretty good, seems like crossfit can keep you in decent shape even through a long term 'biomechanical issue'.
Note sure if 4 weeks is enough to get into terrain shape for COCs, but I'll see what I can do.
