Left my watch on the charger, but luckily my phone has a visual display so I could see how long I'd been out.
Probably should start choosing my route to optimise points instead of the places that look the most interesting to run, buy whatever.
Got very worried climbing up one of the steep hills in Spring Valley that I'd hurt the calf again, but a short walk break seemed to quell any issues
